A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriations from the state fund, general
revenue, to the higher education policy commission-higher
education policy commission-system-control account, fund 0586,
fiscal year 2002, organization 0442, and higher education
policy commission-higher education policy
commission-administration-control account, fund 0589, fiscal
year 2002, organization 0441, all supplementing and amending
the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day
of June, two thousand two.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation from the state fund,
general revenue, to the higher education policy commission-higher
education policy commission-system-control account, fund 0586, fiscal year 2002, organization 0442, be amended and reduced in the
existing line item as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, reduce and increase items of existing
appropriations in the aforesaid accounts for the designated
spending units. In fund 0586, the item for Marshall University
Medical School BRIM Subsidy is reduced by fifty-eight thousand six hundred nineteen dollars. In fund 0589, the item for BRIM Premium
is increased by one thousand one hundred seventy-four dollars. In
fund 0586, the item for Bluefield State College is increased by
three thousand one hundred nine dollars; the item for Concord
College is increased by six thousand seven hundred twenty-six
dollars; the item for Fairmont State College is increased by four
thousand nine hundred forty-eight dollars; the item for Glenville
State College is increased by five thousand three hundred ninety
dollars; the item for Shepherd College is increased by six thousand
twenty-two dollars; the item for West Liberty State College is
increased by four thousand six hundred ninety-four dollars; the
item for West Virginia State College is increased by seven thousand
six hundred thirty-five dollars; the item for Southern West
Virginia Community and Technical College is increased by three
thousand nine hundred six dollars; the item for West Virginia
Northern Community and Technical College is increased by one
thousand eight hundred six dollars; the item for West Virginia
University-Parkersburg is increased by two thousand eighty-seven
dollars; the item for Potomac State College of West Virginia
University is increased by three thousand nine hundred twenty-one
dollars; the item for West Virginia University Institute for
Technology is increased by seven thousand two hundred one dollars
for expenditure during the fiscal year two thousand two with no new money being appropriated.
